La Cima is a master-planned community of approximately 2,000 acres in San Marcos, Texas, located at the intersection of Wonder World Drive and Old Ranch Road 12. Originally proposed as Lazy Oaks Ranch and approved in February 2013, the development was rebranded as La Cima in 2014. Infrastructure construction began in early 2017, and the first lot closed on March 29, 2018.
