About Bella Vita
Bella Vita is a village section within Travisso, a 2,100-acre master-planned community in Leander, Texas. Travisso was developed by a partnership between Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers, who purchased the property in 2013 and began home construction in April 2014. At buildout, the community is planned for approximately 4,000 home sites across multiple villages with Italian-inspired names, including Lombardy, Calabria, Toscana, San Marino, Mirabella, Veneto, Tivoli, and Monterosa.
The Bella Vita village features homes on the Naples collection lot width (70-foot lots, approximately quarter-acre home sites). A June 2017 community blog post described Bella Vita as offering availability in the final phases, indicating homes in this section were primarily built from approximately 2017 onward. Homes in Bella Vita range from approximately 2,400 to 4,500 square feet.
Travisso is located off FM 1431 (Whitestone Boulevard) via Travisso Parkway, adjacent to the Crystal Falls subdivision. The community sits on Hill Country terrain with elevation views in western Leander. Downtown Austin is approximately 30 miles south via US-183 or the 183A Toll Road. The community is served by Leander Independent School District.
The Travisso Community Association manages the HOA with annual assessments of $1,080 (billed biannually at $540 in January and July). Active builders in the broader community include Toll Brothers, Taylor Morrison, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, and Grand Haven Homes. Over 350 acres of open space are preserved within the community.
