The Vineyards is a residential section within Rough Hollow, an 1,887-acre master-planned community along more than 3 miles of Lake Travis shoreline in Lakeway, Texas. Rough Hollow was developed by Legend Communities (Austin) in partnership with Crescent Communities (Charlotte, NC). Home construction across the broader community began around 2006, with the community planned for approximately 1,900 home sites across more than 30 neighborhoods.
The Vineyards section features twin villas (attached homes) built by Village Builders, a Lennar brand. Sales for the Grandview Collection in The Vineyards opened around 2016, and individual homes show build dates from approximately 2016 through 2023. The Grandview Collection is now sold out. Floor plans included the Almeria, Torre, Morato, and Castell, ranging from approximately 1,461 to 2,502 square feet with 3 to 4 bedrooms.
