The neighborhood consists of two distinct sections: an older section (Round Mountain Estates) with homes built in the 1980s, and a newer section formally platted as Round Mountain Estates 02, which was built between 2004 and 2015 and rebranded as Bella Montagna.
Bella Montagna is a gated community with keypad entry, comprising 84 estate-sized homesites.
