Avery Ranch Far West is the westernmost section of the Avery Ranch master-planned community in northwest Austin, Williamson County (ZIP 78717). Avery Ranch was developed by MA Partners beginning around 2000, with land planning by Garcia Design, Inc. The full community spans 1,800 acres and was entitled for up to 5,500 residential units and 2.9 million square feet of commercial space.
Far West comprises approximately 500 homes positioned alongside The Golf Club at Avery Ranch, an 18-hole championship course.
